Joan Chittister will be one of the keynote speakers at the Discipleship of Equals event that will be held in Rome this October. This event, hosted by Spirit Unbounded, a new international network of reform-minded Catholics, is timed to coincide with the Synod on Synodality.

The event will take place between October 8 and 14. Prof Mary McAleese will join Sister Joan as a keynote speaker. 

Sister Joan will present, "Living the Discipleship of Equals," on Friday, October 13 at 17.00 Rome time (GMT +2), which is 11:00 am Eastern. 

On Saturday, October 14, Sister Joan and Dr. Mary McAleese will be in conversation on, "The Women of Faith Keep Going," with moderator Miriam Duignan at 17.25 Rome time (GMT +2) which is 11:25 AM Eastern.
