NCR Column on Synodality
Joan Chittister’s latest column in the National Catholic Reporter offers hope for what might come from the Church’s latest efforts to become truly synodal. She reflects on the lack of follow-through on the promises of the Second Vatican Council and writes, “This synodality is different. This time, Pope Francis is having the faithful themselves become part of the agenda-making process before the synod even convenes.
