Joan Chittister will receive the prestigious Hecker Award from the Paulist Center, Boston, MA in an online event. She will deliver a presentation on Fratelli Tutti following the eucharistic liturgy at the Paulist Center at 7:00 pm EST, followed by Q and A.

The Paulist Center's Hecker Award is give to an individual or group in recognition of the outstanding commitment of a North American Catholic to building a more just and peaceful world. Past recipients include Dorothy Day, Cesar Chavez, Archbishop Hunthausen, and Rev. Thomas Doyle.
